The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has told the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, that he must face his at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
The court gave the ruling on Wednesday sequel to the request of Onnoghen to declare that the CCT lacked the jurisdiction to try him.
The court said Onnoghen, who was suspended on Friday by President Muhammadu Buhari, should return to the CCT for his trial.
