The Court of Appeal has confirmed the candidature of the Kwara State All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
The court gave the ruling on Tuesday morning.
It said the nomination of AbdulRazaq by the APC National Working Committee was in order.
The decision came 24 hours after the Kwara State Chapter of the APC hosted President Muhammadu Buhari.
The court upheld the four grounds of appeal, saying the case of the Ishola Balogun-Fulani faction was defective in all ramifications.
