Abducted Managing Director of the Bank of Agriculture (BoA), Alwan Ali-Hassan, has regained his freedom.
A senior official at the bank who confirmed to The Nation newspaper said, Ali-Hassan regained his freedom Wednesday.
The official, who did not specify if any ransom was paid to his abductors, said family and friends of the bank’s managing director are grateful to God for his release.
He said: “We are grateful to God for his release and we pray never to witness this. We also pray others get released soon”.
Recall that Ali-Hassan was abducted March 28 by suspected bandits who bombed the Abuja-Kaduna train with over 362 passengers.
