Besiktas coach Senol Gunes isn’t giving up on Dele Alli.

Gunes has reportedly met with Alli in recent days for a pep talk.

He wants to motivate the Everton loanee in a sign Besiktas aren’t ready to give up on the midfielder just yet.

Alli’s career in recent years has become a mystery to all after one of the most promising young English midfielders has struggled to reach the heights of his past.

After falling down the pecking order at Tottenham, Alli found himself at Everton, but failed to impress Frank Lampard as he now finds himself in Turkey with Besiktas.
