Nigeria and WAFU B Champions, Bayelsa Queens, have been drawn against defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns in group B of the CAF Women’s Champions League in Morocco.
The draw took place on Friday at the prestigious Mohammed VI Technical Centre in Rabat, Morocco.
It revealed that the Nigerians will also clash with Egypt’s Wadi Degla and the UNIFFAC representative.
In group A, the host club ASFAR FC (Morocco), which won the Women’s Champions League the bronze medal in Egypt last year, will face Tanzania’s Simba Queens, Zambia’s Green Buffaloes and Liberia’s Determine Girls.
The second edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League, scheduled to take place from October 30 to November 13, 2022 in Morocco, will feature some high-profile matches.
