A day after the Department of State Services issued a 48 hours ultimatum to all stakeholders in the oil industry to resolve the ongoing fuel scarcity across the country, 23 filling stations in Abuja have commenced 24 hours operations.
PRNigeria had reported that the DSS Spokesman, Peter Afunanya, announced the directive while briefing newsmen.
