A 29-year-old Lebanese man, Adel Jamil Bejjani, has bled to dead following alleged beating he received from gunmen.
The incident happened on April 27 in his undisclosed home in Nigeria.
It was gathered that the gunmen stormed his residence and ended up beating him mercilessly.
It has not been confirmed yet if the gunmen stole anything or it was a case of assassination.
Bejjani was said to be a manager of an undisclosed hotel and was planning to relocate to Lebanon on May 5, 2013 before the murder occurred.
Lebanon’s Foreign Minister, Adnan Mansour, has confirmed the death of Bejjani.
Mansour said: “We believe he was beaten to death during a robbery operation at his home.
“We have contacted the Lebanese embassy in Abuja and have been informed that his body will be transferred to Lebanon on Monday April 29th.
