Three-time African champions, the Super Eagles, will on Tuesday jet out of the country to Belgium for their friendly games against Congo and Cameroon.
Arrangements, according to the senior national team spokesman, Toyin Ibitoye, are in top gear to ensure the home lads and the officials travel on Tuesday after missing Sunday’s travel schedule.
“We are looking forward to getting our passports from the embassy before the end of Monday and would proceed to Belgium on Tuesdayahead of the friendlies,” Ibitoye hinted.
The players’ and officials’ international passports were held back in the Embassy of Belgium in Abuja.
The players that would make the trip include Enyimba’s shot stopper, Femi Thomas, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Austin Oboroakpo, Paul Onobi, Prince Aggrey and Chima Akas.
