Temitope Adelakun, the convener of the forthcoming Ibadan Business Fest, on Wednesday said that the initiative was to create a platform for operators of small and medium scale enterprises to rub minds and broaden their horizon.
Adelakun told the News Agency of Nigeria in Ibadan that the forum would enable participants to engage one another in a convivial environment.
She said: “Ibadan Business Fest is a festival of businesses, a gathering of business owners in Ibadan.
“Operators of small and medium scale enterprises will meet with the purpose of learning as well as expanding their visibility while unwinding.
“Research shows that an average business person in Nigeria takes no time off the job.”
She added that the programme would help to teach and broaden the knowledge and scope of entrepreneurs.
