Top female act and Mavin Records First Lady, Tiwa Savage, was on Saturday arrested on Lagos Island in Lagos State and whisked away to the police station over her excesses.
Savage was alleged to have engaged a policeman in heated argument after violating the traffic law in front of Eko Hotel, Victoria-Island, Lagos State.
The Afro pop singer, we were told, went as far as removing the cop’s cap before she was dragged to the police station.
Though we are yet to confirm her release before filling this report but close sources said that she is still at the Ikoyi Police Station, begging for forgiveness.
Savage was quoted to have said that it was devil’s work after realizing her misconduct.
