The agreement which provides a legal framework for the supply and servicing of military equipment, training of personnel as well as technology transfer, was signed in Russia on Monday, the statement said.

Speaking when he met with the executive council members of the Nigerian community in Moscow, Ambassador Shehu expressed gratitude to the community for the warm reception accorded to him on his arrival.
