The association made this declaration via a communique issued at the end of its National Council Meeting held in Jos Plateau state between 14th and 17th July, 2024. 

The association made this disclosure through a press release signed by its National President, Alhaji Mashood Mustapha, a copy of which was made available to journalists on Friday by the National Public Relations Officer of the association, Musliudeen Adebayo. 

Members of the Nigeria Association of Social Workers, Oyo State chapter on Tuesday in Ibadan, the state capital, elected new leaders that will pilot the affairs of the association for the next four years.
