The Nigeria Air Force and the Central Bank of Nigeria have emerged winners of the 2019 prestigious PR Golden World Awards instituted by the International Public Relations Association.

The International Public Relations Association has conferred the 2018 Golden World Awards on the President of FC Barcelona, also called Barca, Josep Maria Bartomeu, and the founder of PRNigeria media platform, Yushau A. Shuaib.
The media campaign of the CCC, which was promoted by Image Merchants Promotions Limited, publishers of PRNigeria, was among the three awards won by African organisations from about 30 countries in 60 categories
The PR outfit had previously received SABRE African Public Affairs Award hosted by African Public Relations Association in Casablanca, Morocco, and the Golden World Award on Crisis Management from the International Public Relations Association in Doha, Qatar
The IPRA President, Bart de Vries, described the PRNigeria’s campaign as one of the most successful crisis communication strategies that entails creative innovation, media relations, social media and event management to win the Golden World Award in Crisis Management
