Azeez, whose home address was not provided, was arraigned on three counts of fraud, breach of peace and stealing.

Magistrate Olusola Aluko ordered  that  the defendant should be kept at the Ile-Ife  Correctional Centre, following his guilty plea.

The Prosecutor, Insp Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Dec. 7, 2021, around 08:00 hours at Olubuse Area, Oduduwa Estate, Ile-Ife.

The police charged Fisayo with theft.

The police charged Opeyemi with murder.
