The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Hamzat Idowu Ibrahim, 27; Mohammed Bashir, 31; Taiwo Olaronke, 23; and Yusuf Toheeb Ajisafe, 23, were arraigned on a two-count charge of conspiracy and murder.
