In a statement to newsmen on Tuesday, Alhaji Mukhtar Gidado, Senior Special Assistant on Media to Gov. Bala Mohammed, gave the name of the Chairman of the panel as Retired Justice Habibu Idris, while the representative of State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, will serve as Secretary.
