Ukpe Anioma, the light of the Aniomas, a non- governmental organization which is a Delta North Socio-political pressure group has come out strongly in support of Sir Anthony Obuh who recently resigned his position as a Permanent Secretary in the government of Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan to participate in the upcoming Delta State gubernatorial contest.

The Asagba of Asaba Obi, Professor Chike Edozien has recommended that Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan be conferred with a Chieftaincy title by the Asagba in council as part of the community’s determination to honour and show appreciation for the giant developmental strides recorded in Asaba in particular and Delta State in general.
