The second edition of Digital Rights webinar series was hosted in collaboration with DigitalSENSE Africa, Domain Name System Women – Nigeria) and NaijaAgroNet, was on the theme: “Women and Rights in Digital Era.”
The trio are an author cum activist and social entrepreneur, Morenike Adebayo; a United Kingdom-based developmental actor, Abimbola Junaid; and security analyst and President, Africa Security Forum, Temitope Olodo.
The webinar, being hosted in collaboration with DigitalSENSE Africa, has confirmed key speakers, including the Chairman, IPv6 Council Nigeria, Muhammed Rudman, and Chairman of the Association of Licensed Telecommunications Operators of Nigeria, Engr. Gbenga Adebayo, who both would be leading discourse on the overall theme: “Role of Internet Protocol (IP) in 5G vs COVID-19 Debate.”
The Lead Strategist at DigitalSENSE Africa Media group, Remmy Nweke, would be leading discussion on “Trends in Online Regulation in Africa” at the 2018 Forum on Internet Freedom in Africa, FIFAfrica2018.
“Thereby, making it more difficult for people to access and share knowledge which the electronic communication is made to abridge,” she said.
