Despite being disowned by the family after the death of Sunny Okosuns, Ethel Okosuns and organizers of Exquisite Face of the Universe World Finals deemed it fit last week to honour the late singer with a tribute performance at the grand finale of the pageant.
At the event, Eazy Okosuns, brother of the late popular musician, got on stage and performed a number of Okosuns’ memorable songs.
These included African soldier and Orimolade.
His performance was punctuated with memories of the past.
The Exquisite Face of the Universe World Finals took place on Thursday at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
It had over 30 beauty queens from different countries compete for the coveted crown.
