The representative of Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Shehu Sani, has dumped the All Progressives Congress following the removal of his name from the list of senatorial candidates for the party for the 2019 elections.
Sani’s decision to quit the party was contained in a letter he sent to the Kaduna State Chairman of the party in Ward 6, Tundun Wada North, Kaduna.
The party replaced his name with that of Uba Sani, the Special Adviser on Political Affairs to Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir el-Rufai.
Senator Sani had been at loggerheads with el-Rufai for a very long time.
