Great Ogboru, Delta state governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, on Saturday said that President Muhammadu Buhari has done well in office and deserves a second term.
Ogboru who spoke to newsmen shortly after he had voted at Abraka Ward 1, unit 8 also said the election process was peaceful.
He said: “The environment is quite peaceful, and I just voted, though there are rumours of some technical issues about the machines.
“I heard that people are still trying to snatch ballot boxes in some places, but I don’t see the need for that when the election is peaceful.”
Ogboru also expressed optimism that the APC candidates vying for elective positions, would be victorious in the polls.
He said: “l have no iota of doubt about the victory of APC candidates at the polls.
“l know we shall win, and I hope that the elections will be peaceful in other places.”
He urged the electorates to vote for all APC candidates.
