The Kaduna State House of Assembly on Tuesday passed three bills in one hour.
The bills are Kaduna state Collage of Education bill, Kaduna state whistle blower protection bill and Kaduna state anti-corruption bill.
The bills were passed following the adoption of a report of the house ad hoc committee on bills at plenary presided by Speaker Aminu Shagali.
Shagali had sought for the understanding of his colleagues to set aside rule 3 line 1 and paragraph 7 of the standard rules of the house to allow for the third reading of bills and their eventual passage.

Shedding lights on the bills, the Majority Leader, Alhaji Mohammed Inuwa, said the first bill would see to the speedy disposal of cases and dispensation of justice by significantly reducing delay in hearing when passed.
Inuwa said the second bill seeks to empower the State Government to ensure safe and ethical burial practices in the state.
