Israel DMW to estranged wife: Return my bride price

Israel Afeare, the Logistics Manager of Singer Davido, has asked his estranged wife, Sheila, to return the bride price he paid to marry her in the right way.

The Logistics Manager of Davido, popularly known as Israel DMW, made the demand in a post on his Instagram page.

This followed the disclosure on Tuesday by Sheila that she had returned the bride price in response to the advice of her fan on Instagram.

But reacting, Israel DMW wrote on Instagram on Wednesday: “Kindly return my bride price in a proper way. 

“You can’t transfer it directly to me through alert. 

“I was never the one who paid it directly, my family did.

“And it was directly by hand. 

“We married under the acts and it is only a Federal High Court who has the statutory powers to get it dissolved after two years.”
