The Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere, has hailed the State Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, for the massive road rehabilitation exercise going on in State.
Madumere described such as the hallmark of governance considering the present economic situation.
Prince Madumere’s commendation was contained in a press release signed by his Special Assistant on Media, Uche Onwuchekwa.
Madumere said he has always appealed for patience, adding that Governor Okorocha means well and will stop at nothing in ensuring he bequeaths a lasting legacy for the present generation and generations to come.
Madumere particularly showered encomium on Okorocha for the flag-off of major economic roads in Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State.
Among the roads in Mbaitoli local government area he mentioned were Nworubi-Ifakala-Ukwu Orji Road, Nkwo-Orji-Obazu-Orie Mbieri Road and Orodo-Ogwa Road, which he said will aid socioeconomic activities in Mbaitoli and its immediate neighbours.
He, therefore, called on all Imolites to throw their weight behind Governor Okorocha through their supports as a source of encouragement.
