Herdsmen have again struck in Kaduna State, killing no fewer than six persons.
The attack took place on Saturday in Godogodo, the headquarters of Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Those killed were said to be farmers.
The attackers were said to have declared the village a grazing reserve, telling the residents to vacate it immediately.
The spokesman of the Kaduna State Police Command, Aliyu Usman, confirmed the development.
Usman said arrests had been made.
There have been several cases of killing by Fulani herdsmen in Kaduna State.
