The report of the Committee on Politics and Governance, co-chaired by Prof. Jerry Gana and Chief Olu Falae, was also submitted on Monday.
With the submission of the report, 17 committees have now turned in their reports.
The National Conference has 20 standing committees.
Debate on the reports will commence on Wednesday.
