Turkish giants, Fenerbahce, have commenced contratual discussions with Nigeria and Spartak Moscow forward, Emmanuel Emenike, The Eagle Online has gathered.
The Yellow Canaries boss, Ersun Yanal, revealed that talks are ongoing with the Afon 2013 golden boot winner.
“Emenike possesses a great skill with strengths,” Yanal said.
“Negotiations are ongoing.
“Fenerbahçe will sign in the best interests of the club.
“I am working together with club officials in regards to our transfer policy.”
Fenerbahce will have to sell a foreign player to accommodate Emenike.
The Turkish Football Federations will only permit 10 foreign players per club in the 2013-14 season.
