Dolphins FC of Port Harcourt striker, Emem Eduok, wrote his name in gold as he scored the first ever goal at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium, Uyo.
Eduok, an indigent of Uyo, drew the first blood for the Home Eagles in the 39th minute of the match against the Black Meteors of Ghana.
The striker has so far banged in 20 goals to place second behind Enyimba’s Mfom Udoh, who broke Jude Aneke’s record with 21 goals in the local league.
The Home Eagles went for the break with a one goal lead.
