Christiana Japheth Pukuma, the mother of President Muhammadu Buhari’s Personal Assistant on Social Events, Hon. Faith Pukuma, is dead.
She died after a protracted illness in Yola, Adamawa State.
The deceased died as an octogenarian and a firm believer of the Christian faith under the denomination of Lutheran Church of Nigeria.
Mama Pukuma is seen to have written her name on tabloids of silver and gold as records have it that she was a dedicated and committed member of the LCCN and held various positions, including:

As her last public engagement, Mama Christian Japhet Pukuma was actively involved in the wedding ceremony of her younger brother on April 3, 2016 at Kwambla, where she was in the company of relations, friends and well wishers.
No one thought that would be her last major public outing as she passed on to glory quietly in her sleep on April 5, 2016.
She is survived by five brothers and sisters, 12 children, 18 grand children and one great granddaughter.
In addition to her biological children, Mama Christian Japhet Pukuma fostered and trained many other children, with the figure put at over 30.
Her remains will be committed to mother earth on April 16, 2016 in Hong LGA of Adamawa State.
