A former representative of Ekiti North Senatorial District, Senator Ayo Arise, has been freed by his abductors.
Senator Arise was abducted on Sunday along with four other persons on their way to Abuja, reports said on Friday evening.
They were kidnapped on the Okene-Lokoja Road in Kogi State.
The abductors had demanded for N80 million.
It was not known as at press time if any ransom was paid.
