The Supreme Court has ruled that Nasir Idris of the All Progressives Congress is the duly elected governor of Kebbi State.
The ruling on Friday followed the appeal filed by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Aminu Bande.

Delivering the Lead Judgement, Justice Abba Aji dismissed the appeal for lacking in merit.
