Badoo: Police release numbers of top officers in Lagos for emergency

The police in Lagos State on Sunday made public the telephone numbers of its top officers, especially in the IKorodu area, where the activities of the Badoo cult had become unbearable.
According to the Command, this had become imperative in view of the activities of criminals in the state.
The state had in the last few weeks been battling the activities of members of the Badoo cult.
Over 200 of them have been arrested, while some have been lynched.
The spokesman of the Lagos State Police Command, Olarinde Famous-Cole said: “It has become imperative that the Lagos State Police Command makes available the telephone directory of the command headquarters Ikeja, Area commands and their divisions to the general public.
“This information is to serve as a preventive method for members of the public to report criminals & criminal activities as well as report emergency incidents in the state.
Famous-Cole said members of the public can reach the police on its emergency numbers of 767 and 112.
Beginning with the number of the Commissioner, Fatai Owoseni, the Command also released those of the Deputy Commissioners, Area Commanders and Divisional Police Officers in the Ikorodu area among others.
