World number 102, Heather Watson, on Friday crashed out of the Grand Slam tennis tournament in Wimbledon, losing 6-3, 1-6, 4-6 to Victoria Azarenka.
Watson appeared to be focused at the beginning of the game, winning the first set but she struggled to stay on, giving Azarenka the upper hand on centre court.
The Briton’s loss appeared to be a disappointment to the All England Club crowd which had footballer David Beckham cheering in her favour.
Azarenka, a former world number one and currently 683rd ranked player in the world, is appearing for her first Grand Slam since 2016 French Open.
This is the second tournament for the two-time Wimbledon semi-finalist after giving birth to son Leo in December.
