Another of the remaining 218 Chibok schoolgirls in the captivity of the Boko Haram terrorists has been rescued.
This news was broken by the spokesperson of the Nigerian Army, Colonel Usman Sani, in a statement late on Thursday.
Usman promised to provide more details later.
The rescue of the Chibok schoolgirl is coming two days after one of them, Amina Ali, was discovered in Sambisa forest.
With the fresh rescue, there are now 217 schoolgirls missing.
The initial figure was 219.
Ali was on Friday received in Abuja at the Presidential Villa by President Muhammadu Buhari.
