The Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (Senate), Senator Ita Enang, confirmed this development to State House Correspondents in Abuja on Friday.
Enang, who made this known while briefing newsmen on Friday in Abuja, said the misunderstanding of the Bill accounted for its rejection at the Senate.
