The 31 years old man was arrested at Mgbuoba NTA Road, for purchasing goods with a fake alert.
The suspect was arrested by the Rivers State Police Command along with her partner in crime, Steve Green, 38. According to the police, the group is a four-man gang, but two were arrested, while two are still at large.
Sam Kpenu, the institution’s Public Relations Officer, confirmed on Wednesday that the students have been rescued.
