The Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, on Monday inaugurated a Drug Rehabilitation and Skills Acquisition Centre in Ajah built by the representative of Lagos Central Senatorial District, Chief Oluremi Tinubu, expressing optimism that the project would go a long way to benefit Lagosians and especially the immediate community.

Tinubu made the call at the Eti-Osa, Ward E, located at Oyinkan Abayomi drive in Ikoyi area of Lagos, where she participated in the Senatorial and House of Representatives primaries in the state.

Oluremi, in a statement in Lagos, said that the PVCs were the tools to participating in the forthcoming 2019 general elections.
The call was made following revelations from the Independent National Electoral Commission that over 7.8 million PVCs are yet to be collected nationwide.
The Senators: Gbenga Ashafa (Lagos East), Oluremi Tinubu (Lagos Central) and Solomon Olamilekan (Lagos West), who paid a visit to the Governor at Lagos House, Ikeja, said they were proud of his achievements and the renewed vigour he had brought to bear since he assumed office.
