This was at the swearing-in of senators-elect who were not at Tuesday’s inauguration by Senator Saraki

Kehinde Akinola, the Chairman of the Electoral Committee, who declared the winner, said that the total vote cast was 2,428, while the total valid votes were 2,379.

She said her donation was a take-off fund and appealed for more support for the association and other bodies

Edun won a keenly contested competition by beating Blessing Azeez of Keme Balogun Senior College, Ibeshe; and Master Elijah Macaulay of Ojota Senior Secondary School, Kosofe, to the second and third positions respectively
