 An Ikeja Special Offences Court Wednesday has threatened to issue a bench warrant for the arrest of a former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, over failure to appear for his trial.

Fadipe ordered that the defendants: Tunde Yusuf, Adebayo Dayo and Michael Obisiji, be produced before the court.
