The Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Dr. Bashir Jamoh, disclosed this on Tuesday in Lagos while briefing the media after the second edition of the monthly meeting of heads of maritime parastatals, held at the NIMASA headquarters.
