NUC issued the licence in Abuja Thursday.

This was contained in a statement by the university’s spokesman, Abdullahi Yahaya-Bello, on Saturday in Dutse.

Represented by John Mairafi, a Director with the National Universities Commission (NUC), Buhari gave the charge in Oye-Ekiti, at the 5th and 6th convocation ceremony of the Federal University (FUOYE).

It is the 42nd state-owned varsity in Nigeria and 143rd varsity in the country.
