This edition will stage seven fights across weight categories with a total of 12 boxers on the domestic scene and two from abroad hoping to walk away with the N1 million cash prize attached to the Mojisola Ogunsanya Memorial Trophy for the best boxer at the event.

The two boxers are scheduled to face Tanzanian and Ghanaian opponents, who are expected in the country on March 25 to enable them undergo the mandatory quarantine period for travellers to the country.
The cash is attached to the Mojisola Ogunsanya Memorial Prize for the best boxers at the event, which holds on December 26, 2017 at Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The 11th edition of the show held in Ibadan, Oyo State on March 26, delivering the biggest ever pay day in the country’s boxing history when Rilwan “Baby Face” Babatunde won the Mojisola Ogunsanya Memorial Trophy and a cash prize of N2 million for the best boxer, a shade higher than N1.5 million and N1 million won by previous winners of the award.
