The Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, Borno State chapter says additional 4,000 health personnel were required for effective health services delivery in the existing health facilities in the state.

The Minister, who made the appeal on Tuesday in Abuja, said information from field officers of the Ministry of Labour and Employment indicate that the unions were yet to comply with the court order.
