They are being remanded for allegedly robbing one Omobolanle Oshode of her cell phone worth N6,000 at cutlass-point.
The Magistrate, Ejiro Kubeinje, who did not take the juvenile’s plea, directed the police to send the case file to the state Director of Public Prosecutions for advice.
The magistrate, Mr M.O. Dawodu, then adjourned the case until July 5 for a review of the facts of the case and sentencing.
