A statement issued on Wednesday in Ibadan by Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Taiwo Adisa, quoted Makinde as stating this while closing a two-day retreat for local government chairmen, vice-chairmen and heads of local government administrations (HLAs), on Tuesday evening.
