The governor spoke at the 2018 World Habitat Day held at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos, with the theme: “Municipal Solid Waste Management.”
The retirees consisting of junior, middle and senior cadre officers who served the Lagos State government in different capacity accompanied by their families and friends were eulogized for their selfless service and contribution to the development of the State by guests and well-wishers at the event.
The centre, according to the Governor, will enable the State Government equip such children with necessary skills and help develop their potential, thereby overcoming identified developmental delays as far as possible.
