Stoke City stuns Man U

Stoke City beat Manchester 2-1 at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday afternoon, thanks to two goals from Charlie Adam.
Adam gave Stoke a first half lead when his free kick took a deflection off Michael Carrick past David de Gea in the United goal.
Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie both had first half chances to get United on the score sheet.
Rooney volleyed just wide from 10 yards while van Persie saw his header from four yards deflected over the bar.
But United could not find a way through and their rhythm was disrupted by the loss of Johnny Evans and Phil Jones to injury.
The second half started brilliantly for United, with new signing, Juan Mata, setting up van Persie for the equaliser.
The Spanish schemer volleyed a through pass from a loose ball into the path of van Persie, who finished clinically with his left foot.
Stoke responded immediately.
A long ball forward was headed back and deflected into the path of Adam who unleashed a brilliant left foot strike that gave de Gea no chance.
The Potters played some neat one-touch football in the second half as they matched United in every department.
United pressed harder towards the end of the game but could find a way through.
The win moves Stoke out of the relegation zone and into mid-table.
