A former Nigerian Ambassador to Singapore, Nonye Rajis-Okpara, has been selected by the Exclusive Accolade Award and Investors Summit as the Most Remarkable Female Ambassador.
The award was presented by the Vice President of ECOWAS, Dr. Macintosh Toga Gayewea, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America last week.
In her remarks, Rajis-Okpara said: “I thank God for the award and privilege to serve my nation.
“I believe that my female colleagues and all other Ambassadors did their very best as well at their various missions.
“I believe that Africa is the last frontier and Nigeria the largest economy and most populous nation in African is the gateway to African market.
“My advice is that no investor should be left behind, because Nigeria remains a land of opportunity and possibilities.”
