The Court of Appeal on Wednesday reserved judgement in the Osun State governorship election appeal before it.
The Election Petition Tribunal had ruled that Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party is the winner of the Osun State governorship election, nullifying the mandate of Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
At the hearing of the appeal by Oyetola on Wednesday, the Court of Appeal reserved its judgement.
It said the date of the judgement will be communicated to all parties involved.
Chief Wole Olanipekun, representing Oyetola, had submitted that the majority judgment of the Tribunal should be nullified because Justice O. Obiora that did not sit throughout the proceedings wrote the judgment and reviewed evidence of witnesses he did not see.
