The Chairman Code of Conduct Tribunal, Hon. Danladi Yakubu Umar has approved the rescheduling of 21st of September, 2016 for the delivery of judgment of case against erstwhile Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Peter Orubebe.
This was contained in a notice of Tribunal’s sittings scheduled for the month of September / October respectively, captioned Re-Notification of Tribunal Session for the Months of September and October, 2016 and signed by Principal Registrar I Barr. Victor Isibor for Director Legal Services Department, dated 17th August, 2016.
Also the document contains case of Senate President, Dr. Olubukola Abubakar Saraki, on his motion, slated for ruling on the 5th of October, 2016.
Again a case to be heard within the period is of a former Councilor from Kogi state Musa Mubeen, fixed on the 28th September, 2016. Similarly, three serving Permanent Secretaries from Jigawa state scheduled for 29th September, 2016. Thus; Zakari Umar, Muhammad Musa O, Muhammad B. Mu’azu.
Nevertheless, the notification correspondent reads: we hereby notify you that the Tribunal shall have its next court session in the Month of September and October, 2016 at the Code of Conduct Tribunal Headquarters complex, Daki Biyu Jabi District, off Solomon Lar Way, after Jabi Motor Park, Abuja.
